Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with AGenO. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our monthly subscription plans.

1. Try before you pay

AGenO has a free tier so you can test image generation and other tools before subscribing. We encourage you to try it first to make sure the Service meets your needs.

2. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again. To cancel, use the customer/billing link in your purchase-confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy, or email us and we'll help.

4. How payments are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (the merchant of record). Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@agenoai.com from the email address on your account, with the date of purchase and the reason. We aim to respond within a few business days.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
